After several hours of driving we arrived in Ixtapa. Ixtapa
is really just the "hotel zone" for the Mexican town
of Zihuantenajo. As usual the "hotel zone" was pretty
plastic and sterile compared to Zihuantenajo so we explored Zihuantenajo.
The beach we found and spent the afternoon at was called Playa
Ropa:
That night, because of how far south we had traveled, it was too warm and humid for me to sleep comfortably. Those of you who know me will know how serious a problem that is for me. I decided I wanted to start heading north to get back to Colima where sleeping at night was comfortable.
So, the next day it was back to Colima...
